da Vinci™ Robotic Prostatectomy
Over the past decade, the introduction of the surgical robot has revolutionized the management of prostate cancer. Dr. Drew Dylewski is the most experienced and active robotic urologist across Tomball, The Woodlands, Conroe, Kingwood, and North Houston. After receiving special training in robotic surgery at Duke University Medical Center, he has refined the technique in this area and has treated over 400 men for prostate cancer since 2007.
The procedure allows for the removal of the prostate through six small incisions, rather than one very large abdominal incision. Benefits of the procedure are limited blood loss and a very fast recovery. Over 90% of patients go home the day after surgery.
If you are considering your options regarding treatment of prostate cancer, please contact us to schedule a consultation with Dr. Dylewski today.

Comprehensive Kidney Stone Management
Unfortunately, 5% of the U.S. population will develop kidney stones during their lifetime. Passage of a kidney stone can result in sudden, excruciating pain. Some stones will pass without help, but some will become stuck, or will be too large to pass spontaneously. Fortunately, the physicians at Texas Regional Urology are trained in the latest technology for prompt and effective management of stones.

Advanced Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction
Erectile Dysfunction, or ED, is an extremely common and frustrating issue for men. ED is the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. ED can be a total inability to achieve an erection, an inconsistent ability to do so, or a tendency to sustain only brief erections. Over 50% of men over age 50 have experienced some form of ED.
The medications Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis have been revolutionary in treating ED, but some men will have ED that will not respond to these medications. At Texas Regional Urology, we have advanced training in managing ED and can offer treatment options that can restore almost every man to satisfactory sexual function. These include injectable medications, such as "Tri-mix", and urethral suppositories (MUSE). For patients that don't respond to medication, we offer the surgical implantation of a penile prosthesis, which has an extremely high patient satisfaction rate. If you are struggling with ED, please contact us for a consultation today.
Female Incontinence Surgery
One in six women suffer significant, socially embarrassing urine leakage. Treatment of incontinence requires a careful evaluation by your physician, and in many cases medications may help; in others, simply practicing kegel exercises or participating in physical therapy can alleviate the problem.

However, many women will still have significant leakage despite these initial therapies. Our surgeons offer an array of excellent surgical options for patients who want to restore their confidence. These "sling" procedures are outpatient surgeries with very short recovery times. For many women, correction of their incontinence can create a remarkable improvement in their confidence and quality of life.
